RENTAL SERVICES

An excellent way to cover the cost of the property is to  consider letting for either long term, or shorter holiday periods, especially if you do not intend to stay there long term.

 All rentals properties that we manage must meet following criteria:

  • must obtain tourist Rental License and property Categorization from Croatian Tourist Authority;  if necessary we can help you with this process
  • Located in Dubrovnik  area and its surrounding Islands

 advertising done by our team and or by owner

 bookings done and managed by our team

 meeting guests at property site

 registration of your guests with tourist authority and payment of tourist tax

 property inspection and inventory control on guest departure

 property cleaning and linen changing
